Gentle Jesus, sweet and kind, longs to hold you in His arms. He longs to love you, and embrace, as you dwell upon His face.

Come to Jesus, come today. Do not dawdle or delay. He is waiting, sweet and kind, please take your place, within the line. He is good and, He is sure. Lover, father, He will cure, all your hurt and all your pain, all are healed in Jesus’ name.

Gentle Jesus sweet and kind, longs to hold you in His arms. He will kiss away your sorrow, and your pain in God’s tomorrow. No more death, or crying there, where God commands His loving care.

Believe on Him as God and Saviour. Watch Him change your bad behaviour. He is waiting, kind and good, waiting as a Father should. Come to Jesus, come today. Do not linger or delay. Time is ticking quick and fast, come before the time is past.

Gentle Jesus sweet and kind, longs to hold you in His arms. Arms so strong, yet gentil still, please yield to His holy will. He is loving, He is kind, and He longs with you to dine, as you look upon His face, and fall into His warm embrace.

Father, lover, friend of mine, He’s so gentle, sweet, and kind. Come to Jesus, come today, He will help you find the way. For His truth and love are sure, and your broken heart He’ll cure. Come to Jesus, sweet and kind, Father, husband, lover, mine.

Come to Jesus, come my friend, He’s the beginning and the end, The Alpha and Omega, too. The way, the light, the door, it's true. The great I Am, Good Shepherd, He, will light you way for you to see. In Him is freedom, love so fine, For you to rest, relax, recline.
