This is fancy speech but nonsense. Rom 9 is not ambiguous or mysterious but crystal clear. No if or but. The God of glory chose people to salvation before they were born. He ordained people to destruction before they were born, and nothing in time will change it. The elect are redeemed and irresistibly wooed. The reprobate are left to their own will, which is not free but bound by sin. Ravi is an arminian by this exposition, and the fancy talk does nothing but hide the truth of it. Beware.
