 The Daily Voice – December 26, 2025

Lord, where do we go from here? Can you give me some orientation or a word of encouragement. I feel physically and spiritually exhausted from all that has happened over the last few months. Speak to me. Help me to lift up my heart and mind to you in praise and thanksgiving in spite of the seeming uncertainties.

Jesus speaking:

Have I not said that a thousand shall fall at your side and ten thousand at your right-hand, but it would not come high you. Only with your eye shall you see and behold the reward of the wicked. For I have given My angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. They shall bear you up in their arms lest you dash your foot against a stone.

Because you have set your love upon Me, therefore I will deliver you, I will set you on high because you have known My name and have not withheld it but have declared it to today’s doubtful generation. Because you have followed Me with all your heart, mind, and strength, I will be with you in trouble. I will satisfy you and supply all your needs. You shall call upon me and I will answer you. With long life will I satisfy you and show you My salvation.

Rest therefore in Me, the author and finisher of your faith, not in your own understanding or in your putting two and two together. Get down in desperate prayer and call out to Me like the men and women of God of the past and present have done. Throw all those burdens upon Me. My shoulders are strong enough to carry any weight you cannot bear. But you must stop and make a conscious effort to cast your burdens, your worries, your fears, upon Me. I promise to sustain you.

There is no problem too big I cannot solve it. There is no mountain too high that I cannot move it. There is no river too wide that I can cross it. There is no storm too fierce that I cannot calm it. There is no sorrow too deep that I cannot sooth it. If I carry the burdens of the world upon My shoulders, I can surely carry you. 

Come unto Me all you that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me for I am meek and lowly of heart and you shall find rest to your souls, for My yoke is easy and My burden is light. In quietness and confidence shall be your strength and you shall find rest. Wait patiently for Me and you shall see the goodness of God.
