Dennis Edwards: Those who dismiss Bible Prophecy should "watch and pray" as Jesus has told us. Modern technology is moving in the direction that will enable the "mark of the beast" to become possible. The "mark of the beast" is a technology that will be implemented in the last days making it impossible to buy or sell unless one has such number. The Bible tells us that it will be "in" the forehead or "in" the right hand. Will it be a microchip or micro-tattoo or some other new technology? We do not know. What we do know is that the Bible tells us that at the time of the end a draconian one world government will arise. Out of that government will then stand up a demonic one world leader on the order of Hitler, Stalin, or Mão. That leader will eventually implement the "mark of the beast" technology and massive persecution of those who do not submit to it. Science fiction, or are we moving closer to those evil days?
