Film Shocker! Does the Universe Revolve Around Earth?

Even though the evidence seems indicate that the Milky-Way is at the center of the universe, atheistic scientists refuse the evidence because it contradicts their prior belief system. As they honestly admitted, they do not want to let a divine foot in the door! These scientists are like the Catholic church during the time of Galileo. Even though the new evidence today seems to indicate something other than the Big Bang, in fact, a universe with a center, they will not accept the interpretation of the evidence. It's not in agreement with their belief system, though they admit their model is way off the reality. They rather stick with something they know is wrong than allow a theory which supports the existence of God on the playing field. How narrow minded can they get? Who's doing the inquisition today.
Even Edwin Hubble knew about this problem many years ago. He could see the red-shifts in the light from distant stars and galaxies. He concluded that the red shifts seem to indicate that the star and galaxies were moving away from us. Everywhere he looked he found the same results which seem to mean that our galaxy was near to the center of the universe. Here' are his own words: "Such a condition (these red shifts) would imply that we occupy a unique position in the universe analogous, in a sense, to the ancient Conception of a central earth. The hypothesis cannot be disproved but it is unwelcomed…. But the unwelcomed supposition of a favored location must be avoided at all costs. Such a favored position, of course, is intolerable; moreover, it represents a discrepancy with the theory (Here he's talking about the big bang theory which doesn't line up with the evidence which we see, and should therefore be discarded.), because the theory postulates homogeneity (smoothness or evenness).
The Big Bang theory doesn't predict that the galaxies should be bunched up at certain distances as we find them, but should be evenly spread out like the fat in homogenized milk. But Hubble wouldn't accept the evidence because of his prior belief system. Maybe that is not a good way to do science. Like one evolutionist Professor of Genetics Richard Lewontin who said, “We take the side of evolutionary science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just so stories, because we have a prior commitment to materialism, that materialism is absolute for we cannot allow a divine foot in the door,”
The sad state of science today is that scientists will not admit their theories are false or only assumptions, but teach them to the unsuspecting as fact. If any brave Galileo steps out of line from the party doctrine he is hooted down as a fundamental evangelical or a flat earth creationist. That's the situation we are in today. The lie is preached as the gospel truth while the truth is demeaned and ridiculed so no one in their right mind would want to associate with it. What about you? Will you search for the truth with an open and honest heart?
