Why Should I Persist In Prayer?

Dennis Edwards
God wants us to persist in prayer. Anything in life that is worth something cost some effort to obtain. We don’t just find the diamonds as we’re walking along the beach or in the woods. They are usually some place deeper that requires some digging. We don’t find gold just laying along side the road. No, we've got do some mining. We’ve got to get to work to find it. So it is with answers to our prayers. We need to work for those answers. We need to be persistent with God like Jesus showed in the story of the unjust judge.[1] Where the woman had to persist and the judge said, “This woman is going to wear me out if I don’t give her what she requests.”
In the parable the Lord is trying to teach us the importance of persistence. It is not that God does not want to give us those things they we desire. He even says that He will give us those things that we desire. But in the process He wants to teach us some important lessons. He wants to get us in shape spiritually. Just like with an athelete who has to do his training and training and training. And then, after much travail he gets what he desires and wins the race. So it is with us and our answers to prayer. Apostle James tells us “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”[2]

Elijah prayed for rain and told King Ahab that rain was coming.[3] Then Elijah sent his servent to look out toward the sea and see if he could see the storm in the sky. Each time the servant came back he said, “There’s nothing there, nothing, not a cloud in the sky.” So Elijah sent him back, one time, two times, three times, four times, five times, six times, seven times. The seventh time the servant came back and said, ”Well, I’ve just seen a little bit of a cloud out there. It’s not hardly anything.” Elijah got up and said, “Go, let’s get out of here. There’s going to be a storm soon. Let’s go.” And he went running and he met Ahab on the way back to Jezreel. So we need to be persistent, persistent in prayer.

Abraham was persistent.[4] He had his nephew Lot down there in Sodom with his family. God told Abraham that He was going to go down to Sodom to see if it was really as bad as the reports He was getting. And if it was, He was going to destroy it. And Abraham pleads with the Lord and says, “Lord, will you destroy the just with the unjust? What is there are fifty righteous men in the city, will you destroy it for fifty?” And the Lord responds, “If there are fifty, I will not destroy it.” And so Abraham persists, “But Lord, what if there were only five missing, would you destroy if there were forty-five righteous found in the city?” And the Lord responds, “I will not destroy it for forty-five righteous men.”
Abraham persists again, and again with God until he finally gets down to ten. And Abraham says, “Lord, what if it’s just ten, would you destroy it for ten?” And the Lord says, “If there are ten righteous men there in Sodom, I will not destroy it for the ten’s sake.” But we know the end of the story. God did destroy Sodom because there weren’t ten righteous men found. But Lot, Abraham’s nephew, escaped the city with his wife and his two younger daughters through the help of two angels. Lot escapes though his descendents don’t turn out to be very righteous and usually a problem to the descendents of Abraham. Nevertheless, they were family and Abraham felt compelled  to intercede for them and ask God to be merciful and save them. Even if they had fallen away from really following the Lord. So we see that Abraham was persistent.

The Bible is full of examples of perservering in prayer. Daniel prayed for three weeks with only eating basic food.[5] But there were spiritual forces fighting against him receiving the answers for prayer he was desiring. There was a spirital battle taking place. He needed to be persistent or we may not have gotten some of those prophecies for the “latter days.”[6] King David wrote many beautiful Psalms where he pleaded for God to save him from his enemies. In the question of his sin in the death of Uriah and the adultery with Bathsheba, David’s child fell sick unto death. David fasted and prayed for seven days pleading for the life of the child. On the seventh day the child died. David accepted God’s will and went and worshipped before the Lord. David was persistent in prayer, even when it seemed like God didn’t incline His ear unto his prayer.[7]

Hannah, the mother of Samuel was persistent in prayer when she had no child. God answered her persistence and as a result Samuel the prophet was born and went on to serve the Lord and lead Israel and annoint the first two kings. The whole book of Ruth is a story of persistence. When Naomi gives leave of Ruth and tells her she can return unto her family now that Ruth’s husband, Naomi’s son, has died. Ruth persists with Naomi and God and says, “Entreat me not to leave you, or to return from following after you: for whither you go, I will go; and where you lodge, I will lodge: your people shall be my people, and your God my God.”[8] In the end God greatly rewards Ruth for her perserverence.

We need to perservere in prayer for our sons and daughters. We need to perservere in prayer for our friends and families and for loved ones and neighbours, and for our government officials. We need to perservere in prayer.

Another example is the parable of the man who receives a travelling friend into his home at midnight.[9]He doesn’t have any food to give his unexpected friend who arrives so late. So he goes to another friend who lives near him and says, “Hey, wake up! I need some food. A friend of mine has come and I have nothing to give him. Do you have something that you can lend me?” And his friend reponds, “Hey, I’m already in bed. It’s too late. Come back tomorrow.” But the other fellow cries out, “No, no, I need it now. My friend is leaving early in the morning. He’s just here tonight and I need to give him some food, but I wasn’t expecting him. Get up, please.” His friend, even though he was a friend, doesn't want to get up, but because he persists, his friend gets up and gives him all that he needs.

That’s how we need to be with God. we need to persist and pray and pray again, and pray again. And pray seven times if need be. Maybe we even need to pray 49 times like when Peter asked the Lord how many times we should forgive our brother, “Seven times?”[10] and Jesus responded, “No, seven times seventy.” Seven times seventy is four-hundred and ninety. Jesus didn’t really mean literally four-hundred and ninety times, but He meant we need to forgive over and over and over again. It’s the same thing with prayer. We need to pray over and over and over again. We need to be persistent in prayer with the expectation that God is going to answer, that God is going to hear, and answer.
Some people say, “Oh, you just need to pray once. If you pray too many times it shows lack of faith.” I’m not sure that is always the case. Maybe in some situations it is. But I don’t think it’s always the case. I think God has given us these examples of perserverence and we need to perservere in prayer with God to get the answers. Often it’s not because God doesn’t hear us, or because God doesn’t want to answer our prayers. It’s because God wants to work in our life. He’s waiting for the conditions to be right in our heart, or in the heart of our loved one to be right. He’s waiting on answering our prayer so that when He does answer the answer will bring forth His desired results.[11]

Just like with the athelete, God wants to get us in shape spiritually. Maybe we have some sin in our life, or some problem, or rebellion, or bad habit or vice, and He’s working on us. Because we know, “I can’t really be asking God for what I’m asking, if I have all this garbadge in my life. I’ve got to get myself in shape and then I know that God’s going to hear."  And that may be why a lot of times we have to perservere. Not because God doesn’t hear us. He hears us right away, even before we call, He hears us. But for our own sake, or for the sake of the one we are praying for, or to help us to do some introspection and evaluation of our own spiritual life and then clean up our own spiritual act. Maybe that’s why He doesn’t answer right away.
God gives the Holy Spirit to them that obey Him. So we need that obedience so that when we pray we have the confidence that God will hear and answer our prayers. Jesus said, “If a man love me, he will keep My words: and My Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.”[12] And Apostle John wrote, “And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He hears us: and if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him.”[13]He also wrote, “For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.”[14] We shouldn’t have any condemnation, but we might because of sin, So we can ask God for forgiveness and we can pray because God is bigger than our sin and bigger than our problems. As we draw nigh to God, He will draw nigh to us. Apostle John continues, “Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.”[15]

Prayer is a very interesting process. The need for us to pray is largely for our own benefit and for the benefit of others. God wants to use us to benefit others. Our whole prayer life should be more intercessory prayer than anything else. We should be praying for others. We should be praying for the needs of others. Praying that we can fulfill and meet the needs of others, that God will meet the needs of those we are in contact with. That He will bend down and touch and heal and speak to them and help our friends and loved ones. The work of a Christian is intercessory prayer. We are to be ministers of prayer, a minister of intercessory prayer. Praying without ceasing.[16] Seeing a need and praying that God will reach down and fill that need. Even if we can do nothing else. Praying without ceasing for every situation we come across. Remembering that pray is not the least we can do, but the most. It’s the most important because it gives God a chance to work.

Jesus, we thank you for all our blessings. Thank you for this crisis which is taking place in the world, so that we can relearn these important lessons. When everything is just going along honky-dory, when it doesn’t seem that anything major is happening, then our faith kind of slumbers down and we get lazy and fat and we need something to stir us up. We certainly have something now that has stirred us up, and awakened us from our spiritual slumber. Now we can pray.

We call upon your power, Lord, and we rebuke the spiritual forces of the enemy. In Ephesians we read that “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in hign places.”[17] We rebuke those spiritual forces, those demonic forces in high places, in the high places of government, Lord. We ask that You raise up disciples. Raise up men of God. Raise up women of God. Raise up leaders with convictions who will stand for the truth, who will not speak lies, who will not compromisse their convictions. Raise them up, Lord. That’s what we need. Men and women of God on the family level, on local level, on the state level, on the national level, and on the international level.

Lord, raise them up. Jesus, raise them up. Raise up people in entertainment, in business, in politics, in religion that really are willing to speak the truth without reservations, without fear of their job, or fear for their family, or any other fear, because they have a greater fear. They have a fear of disobeying you, Jesus. This is our prayer, Lord. Help each of us. Give us the strong confidence that comes from the fear of the Lord. “The fear of the Lord is a strong confidence, and his children shall have a place of refuge.”[18] Give us that fear of You, Lord, so that we will want to just obey You and want to just be Your instruments, want to speak Your words, want to lift You up and be submitted  in all that You ask us to do. This is what we ask, Lord. In Jesus’s name we pray. Amen.

Por que devo ser persistente na oração?

Dennis Edwards

No sétimo dia a criança morreu.
Agora podemos orar, Senhor.

Is the Corona Virus Epidemic Leading Us Towards a One World Governemnt?

Dennis Edwards
In a recent interview on CNN at the beginning of the Corona Virus outbreak, Iraeli writer of New York Times best selling book, SapiensYuvalHarari made an interesting statement. He said the world needs new leadership. The world doesn’t want to follow America with its “Me First” ideaology. The world needs a leader who will look out for the needs of the world, not merely his own country, but of the whole world. Harari was calling for new world leadership to come to the fore, because he says the world is tired of the old leadership. The world is in desparate need of new humanitarian global leadership. A leader who’s got the whole world in his mind, but not in his hands. For many years now we have been hearing the cry amongst many politicians for new global leadership.
Recently the former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown made a call for a temporary global government to help sort out the Corona Virus crisis. Brown was Chancelor of the Exchequer under Tony Blair who supported George Bush Jr. in the second Gulf War even when there were massive public demonstrations against going to war. President George Bush Sr. popularized the term “New World Order” in his speech before the U.S. Congress during the 1st Gulf War. He said, “We stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment…Out of these troubled times a New World Order can emerge…Today that New World Order is struggling to be born.”[1] What exactly was the New World Order he was talking about?
Congressman Larry McDonald said the following a short time before he died. "The drive of the Rockefellers and their allies is to creat a one-world government combinding super capitalism and Communism under the same tent, all under their control....Do I mean conspiracy? Yes, I do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent." Congressman Larry McDonald was killed when the Soviets shot down Korean airlines flight 007 in 1983. At that time he was one if not the most outspoken opponent of the New World Order. Was it just a coincidence that McDonald was on that doomed flight? Or was the accident's intent to bring about his death?
The famed British historian Arnold Toynbee (1889 -1975) was correct when he said, “The nations are ready to give the kingdoms of the world to any one man who will offer us a solution to our world’s problems.”
The first president of the United Nations General Assembly, Paul–Henri Spaak, who was also a prime minister of Belgium and one of the early planners of the European Common Market, as well as a secretary-general of Nato, affirmed, “We do not want another committee, we have too many already. What we want is a man of sufficient stature to hold the allegiance of all the people and to lift us up out of the economic moras into which we are sinking. Send us such a man, and whether he be God or the devil, we will receive him.”[2] Now with the Corona Virus epidemic and the economic problems that will ensue the world climate seems ripe for such a man.
David Rockefeller was often accused of being involved in a secert group of elite financiers who were seeking to control the world through their financial power over government and business worldwide. In his Memoirs written in 2003, Rockefeller confessed, “Some even believe we (the Rockefeller family – closely tied with the european Rothschild family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interest of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – One World, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I’m proud of it.”
In 1994 at a United Nations Business conference, he said, "We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order." Later he would write, "We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected the promoses of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the National auto determination practiced in the past centuries."
President Bill Clinton’s professor and mentor at Georgetown University, was Carroll Quigley. In Quigley's book Tragedy and Hope, he accidently leaked out the information about the Rockefeller & Rothschild plans when he wrote, “The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled…by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agréements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was the Bank of International Settlements in Bassel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. The growth of financial capitalism made possible a concentration of world economic control and use of this power for the direct benefit of financiers and the indirect injury of all other financial groups."
"Each central bank sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."[Tragedy and Hope, Carroll Quigley, 1966]
Barroso - Portuguese Prime Minister, Blair - British PM, George Bush Jr., Aznar - Spanish PM.
In confirmation of the above quote, when we look at the "Coalition of the Willing" who worked with George Bush Jr. to promote and facilitate America's second war with Iraq, what do we find? We find both Gordon Brown and Tony Blair (below) rewarded in the private sector after their time in government, a time in which they helped push Great Britain into the coalition with America when public opinion was greatly opposed to it. Tony Blair's Institute for Global Change "which proclaims its ambition as being to help make globalisation work for many, not the few," works primarily with African nations helping them get on board to the international community.
Gordon Brown is the United Nations Special Envoy for Global Education and the Chair of the International Commission on Financing Global Education Opportunity. Both these boys helped make Great Britain a part of the Coalition of the Willing in the Iraq war. Both were warmongers at that time. But now, you tell me, they are working for global change and global educational opportunities? Something is wrong with that picture. It just doesn't fit together. I don't think I am exaggerating by saying both Blair and Brown are working to bring about a stronger world community and government, a one-world government, the very goal of our friend David Rockefeller and his European counterparts.
In Portugal, we find Durão Barroso was also part of the Coalition of the Willing. He facilitated the possibility of the Americans using the military bases they have in the Portuguese islands of the Azores for the second Iraq war. He was the Prime Minister of Portugal at the time, a term of office he did not complete. Barroso quickly was promoted to the President of the European Union which he held for ten years. Afterwards he obtained a lucrative position with the London branch of Goldman Sachs International amongst other consulting opportunities. Now, besides being one of the top men in the Bilderberg Group, he is also CEO of one of Bill Gates vaccine/pharmaceutical research and development companies.
In other words, politicians who behaved well and followed the orders of the financial masters are later rewarded with good jobs in the private sector when they leave the government. Those leaders who were intransident and disobedient to the finacial powers had problems, lost their position in the government, and some even died from suspitious circumstances. John Perkins in his best-selling book Confessions of an Economic Hitman confirms in more detail everything Quigley has revealed. The quote in the image above is as follows: "This empire, unlike any other in the history of the world, was built mainly through economic manipulation, cheating, fraud, seducing people in our way of life, through the economic hitman. I was very much part of that. " John Perkins author of The Economic Hitman.
Dennis Healey (above) former British Labour Party leader who had held the position of Defence Minister and Chancelor of the Exchequer said after his retirement from politics, "World events do not happen by accident, they are made to happen, whether it is to do with national issues or commerce. Most of them are staged and managed by those who hold the purse strings."
Many years earlier Disraeli, (seen above with Queen Victoria), twice Prime Minister in the 1800s, wrote in his political novel Coningsby, "The world is governed by very different personages than what is imaged by those who are not behind the scenes."
Even the famous French leader Napoleon (above) had a word to say on the banking situation in 1815. "When a government is dependent on bankers for money, they (the bankers) and not the leaders of the government control the situation, since the hand that gives is above the hand that takes. Money has no motherland: financiers are without patriotism and without decency, their sole object is gain."
Napoleon, to escape the hands of bankers and finance his wars in Europe, sold France's rights to the Northwest Territory and Louisiana in 1803 on the continent of North America. USA President Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826) paid Napoleon $15 million in gold for the land. Jefferson had been willing to pay up to $10 million for the Louisiana port alone. The Americans were overjoyed.
Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) fought against central bankers during the Civil War, when they demanded exuberant interest rates on money lent to the government, between 24-36%. With the high costs of the war, the return to bankers would have been tremendous. To solve his problem, Lincoln, as President of the American government, printed his own currency, called Lincoln Greenbacks, to pay Union soldiers. After his assasination, Greenbacks were withdrawn from circulation by bankers.
Otto Von Bismark (1815-1898), chancellor of Germany for almost 20 years, lamented in the late 1860s about what happened after Lincoln died and said: "Lincoln's death was a disaster for Christianity. There was no man in the United States big enough to wear his boots and the bankers went back in to grab the riches. I am afraid that the foreign bankers, with their cunning and devious tricks, will fully control America's exuberant wealth and use it to systematically corrupt civilization. " A prophecy that surely has been fulfilled.
James A. Garfield (1831-1881) in the photo above, was the twentieth President of the USA and served only four months. Garfield was able to put his financial knowledge, acquired through his experience on the congressional finance committee, to recover government bonds that paid 6% interest. The Treasury managed to refinance them at 3.5%, which saved $10 million a year for the government - about 4% of the total budget at the time. The fact that he was economically intelligent did not make bankers happy. Two weeks before his assasination in the 1880s he made the following statement. “Whoever controls the volume of money in our country (the private Central Bank that has been “designated” to do the banking business of the government) is absolute master of all industry and commerce, and when you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few powerful men at the top (owners of the Central Banks), you will not have to be told how periods of inflation and depression originate.”
Josiah Stamp (above) died at the age of 61 during the Nazi bombings of London. He was one of the richest men in England at the time, and had been director of the Bank of England. Let's read his thoughts on banking in the following quote he made while on a visit to the United States. "Banking was conceived in iniquity and was born in sin. The bankers own the earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create money, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again. However, take it away from them, and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain the slaves of the bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create money and control credit.”
“The real menace to our Republic is the invisible government that, like a giant octopus, spreads its slimy length over our city, state and nation. At the head of it is a small group of bank houses, often called international bankers. This small circle of powerful international bankers virtually runs our government for its own selfish ends. They practically own both political parties ... (e) they control most of the newspapers and magazines in this country. They use the columns of these papers to introduce or expel public officials who refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt clique that makes up the invisible government." John F. Hylan (1868-1936), Mayor of New York from 1918-1925 from a speech spoken on March 26, 1922. The book The Shadows of Power by James Perloff confirms much of what these various quotes have revealed.
Some analysers of the Corona Virus crisis believe that the epidemic may have been manipulated by some hidden powers, the elite, including Big Pharmacy companies, to push the world into accepting obligatory vaccines and or greater surveilence or more government control over their lives. But the problem is that today’s modern technology, that’s begging to be implemented, can be used for draconian purposes. For that reason the public at large has been weary of biometric technology. The technology sounds too much like the “mark of the beast” of Revelation.
“And he (the Antichrist world leader) causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name…and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.”[3]

However, the Corona Virus scare may very well convince humanity that “security and health” are to be valued over “privacy and freedom,” as suggested by Harari in his CNN interview. We could very well be moving into a technocratic state where politicians become obsolete and scientific technocrats help rule the world controlled by a small minority of rich corporate companies in the hands of the elite 1% of the world’s population. The group is sometimes called the Bilderberg group. A more sinister title is “the Illuminati.” Daniel Estulin has written a fascinating book about them.
The present econmic shutdown, it is feared by some, is being manipulated to create a financial crash. The aim of the crash is to do away with the present global international monetary system and bring in a New World Order of crypto-currencies. A post epidemic economic system may very well bring in a cashless society that unites government and banking under the same global corporations who will rule the world. The central banks are in fact private corporations working together with government to “assure” a sound and stable economic situation. These central banks actually end up dominating and controlling local governments and help the powers behind the scene move forward their plan for world domination.
But some of you might think, "How can you say that about our world leaders, surely they are not all evil men. You are exaggerating things, Dennis, our leaders are not so bad." I think we should look to the Bible and see what it has to say about the spiritual forces in play. First let's look at Jesus's own words from His temptation in the wilderness before beginning His ministry.
"And the devil, taking Him up into a high mountain, showed unto Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. (Could he have shown Jesus the future kingdoms, also?) And the devil said unto Him; All this power will I give thee and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whosoever I will I give it. If you therefore will worship me, all shall be yours."[Luke 4:5-7]
We see that the devil is temporary in control of the kingdoms of the world and he will give those kingdoms to those that in some shape or form worship him. It is very rarely that some one climbs to the top in business, politics, or entertainment who manages to stay true to Godly convictions.

Compromise of Godly principles is usually the pathway to success. Demonic spiritual influences are in play in government, bussiness, and entertainment so that those that get to the top will be obedient to the evil spiritual forces. Apostle Paul wrote, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."[Ephesians 6:12]
In his letter to Timothy, Apostle Paul gives a strong warning about the last days. He writes, "This know also, that in the last days perilous (or dangerous) times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent (without self-control)." (In the picture below we see Prince Andrew talking with Jeffrey Epstein [deceased] both who have been accused of lacking self - control with girls under the legal age of eighteen.),
Continuing with Apostle Paul's description of men in the last days, "fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived."[2 Timothy 3:1-5,7,13] We are certainly in these days.
In the book of Revelation the angel that talks to Apostle John tells us that the "merchants were the great men of the earth; for by their sorceries were all nations deceived."[Rev. 18:23] We think we are intelligent and more informed than men before us, but are we being deceived? Noam Chomsky writing about the world government that is growing up behind our backs consisting of the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, G-7, Treaty agreements, etc, wrote,
Noam Chomsky | Biography, Books, & Facts | Britannica
"Throughout history, the structures of government have tended to coalesce around other forms of power-in modern times, primarily around economic power. So, when you have national economies, you get national states. We now have an international economy and we’re moving towards an international state-which means, finally, an international executive. To quote the business press, we’re creating "a new imperial age" with a "de facto world government." It has its own institutions-like the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, trading structures like NAFTA and GATT . As you'd expect, this whole structure of decision making answers basically to the transnational corporations, international banks, etc. It’s also an effective blow against democracy. All these structures raise decision making to the executive level, leaving what’s called a "democratic deficit"-parliaments and populations with less influence."
"Not only that, but the general population doesn’t know what’s happening, and it doesn’t even know that it doesn’t know." [Noam Chomsky, The New Global Economy, chapter The Prospoerous Few and the Restless Many, 1993] In the above picture we see the flags of the Central Banks of the world owned by the Rothschild family. Is your countries flag found there?
We see Chomsky saying that the New World Order of cooperate government is growing up around us and the majority of the people are oblivious to it.

Maybe they are not being properly informed. Maybe the media is feeding the public the "truths" that their owners are interested in the masses believing. In the USA all the news outlets are controlled by only six financial families and Europe is not much different. That is why Alan Watts, whose brother worked in intelligence, warned,
"Never watch television. Never watch television. It's the best scientific indoctrination device ever invented. Never watch television. Why do you think the government made it a right for everyone in Britain to own a television? Why do you think China and India are under the same program right now? Because they love to be entertained? Do you really believe that? Most of your ideas and opinions are formed by what you see. Never watch television. You can't even watch a movie unless you do it critically. Never watch television."  [https://www.reddit.com/r/philosophy/comments/18rcyl/alan_watts_never_watch_the_television/]
In the book of Micah we read, "The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net. That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asks, and the judge asks for a reward; and the great man, he utters his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up."[Micah 7:2-3]
In the New International Version the last part of the verse reads, "the powerful dictate what they desire - they all conspire together." In other words, the richman controls both the politician and the judge. They are in conspiracy together against the poor. That is why we have the saying, "There's a law for the rich and there's a law for the poor."
In Isaiah we read, "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter."[Isaiah 5:20] Do I need to expound on this? Look at abortion: the women having abortions and the clinics offering abortion are seen as enlightened, while those protesting abortions in favour of saving the unborn child's life are seen as religious nuts. We used to believe God's word where it says, "Thou shall not kill." But today, it's more convient to kill than to take care of an unwanted baby.
Do I need to show you any more? I have a shocking passage in Ezekiel to go over. I will take it from the New International Version. "He then brought me into the inner court of the house of the Lord, and there at the entrance to the temple, between the portico and the altar, were about twenty-five men. With their backs toward the temple of the Lord and their faces toward the east, they were bowing down to the sun in the east. He said to me, Have you seen this, son of man? Is it a trivial matter for the people of Judah to do the destestable things they are doing here? Must they also fill the land with violence and continually arouse my anger?"[Ezekiel 8:16-17]
God was angry because the people were committing spiritual adultery worshipping the gods of the people around them. They had abandomed the Lord, the true God and Maker of Heaven and of Earth, to worship the false gods, the demons of the peoples and nations around them. Twenty-five of the leading men were even bowing down to the sun right in the temple of the Lord. A woman was praying to a demon at the entrance to the temple. Seventy of the elders of the people were worshipping idols in the court of the temple.
Ted Turner - media mongrol, Bill Gates Sr. - lawyer, former Director of Planned Parenthood, George Sores - financier, David Rockefeller - world banker, Bilderberg Group, standing behind the widows of former American financial giants who created their own espianage ring between the two world wars.
Dr Fauci, who was helping to direct America's Corona Virus response, with the same group of gentlemen and widows within an enlarged group. Bill Gates father and Dr. Fauci go a long ways.
The Lord later explains that the twenty-five men were "leaders of the people...these are the men who are plotting evil and giving wicked advice in this city." [Ezekiel 11:2] Then we wonder why things never seem to go right in government. Our leaders are being influenced by wicked spiritual powers and they are yielding to them or to those men who are controlled by those evil powers. There is a conspiracy against the Lord and few there be that stand against it. If you do stand against it, you might have financial problems or get a bullet in the head.
But the Lord is seeking men and women who will heed His call and stand up against the wickedness we are seeing in the world. We read, "And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none."[Ezekiel 22:30] The disciples of Jesus Christ were such men and died for their beliefs and actions in trying to bring God's truth to the people. But just as the powers that be killed Jesus for exposing their hypocracy, so they killed the early disciples and will kill anyone today who stands up to them and tries to expose their shenanigans: John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr. etc.
Martin Luther King Jr. said. "I stll believe that standing up for the truth of God is the greatest thing in the world. This is the end (purpose) of life. The end of life is not to be happy. The end of life is not to achieve pleasure and avoid pain. The end of life is to do the will of God, come what may."
If the present crisis does result in a financial crash, it will most likely be worse than 1929. Millions of poor around the world may starve to death as the drickle-down effect of world capitalism grinds to a halt. We are already hearing reports of businesses closing and food rotting because it cannot be properly processed, stored, and transported to foreign markets dependent on such imports. Jesus Himself warned that “famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places” would be a sign of “the beginning of sorrows.”[4]
The photographer who took the above picture won a Pulitzer Prize for it. But he later committed suicide as he had done nothing to save the child who was dying. His conscience wouldn't let him live. How many poor African children will die as a result of the economic collapse from the Corona Virus shut down? What will each of us do about it?
Some observers and analysts of history believe that the Hegelian Problem-Reaction-Solution paradigm has been used by the hidden powers that be to gain their goal of world supremacy. “First a problem is created and designed to elicit a certain reaction out of the public. Then the people demand something to be done about the problem and willingly accept the pre-planned New World Order solution; a solution that always envolves actions or legislation that never would have passed under normal circumstances.”[5]
“It works like this – the manipulating body covertly creates a problem and then directs the media to incessantly focus on it without recourse. The problem could be anything – a war, a financial collapse, a rash of child abductions, or a terrorist attack. The power of the media can create the false perception that a big problem exists, even if it doesn’t … Once you have created this problem you make sure that an individual, a group or an aspect of society is blamed. This then rallies the population behind the desperate lunge for a solution to the problem. ‘Something must be done!’ they cry in unison. The people that created the problem in the first place then come back in and offer the solution that the people demand. Remember – the people screaming for a solution do not know that the problem was artificially created in the first place. The solution to the problem is always a further curtailment of freedom and an advancement of one or more aspects of the New World Order agenda – whether that is geopolitical expansion, new laws or the implantation of new societal worldviews.”[6]
The question is, Is this is what is happening now? Was the Corona Virus crisis invented or at least manipulated to bring about a certain results? What are the reults that are being sought?
1. Manditory vaccines with new technology that can be used to identify the individual giving the government draconian control over its citizens if desired.
2. A financial crisis to bring into a cashless society and cryto-currencies not based on the American dollar.
3. Famine and death in Africa as a result of the disruption of the international monetary system and the transportation of food stuffs to Africa and thus a decrease in the population of that continent.
4. Disruption of normal political process to allow governments to make certain desired actions without the normal due process of government and ultimately getting the public to accept such measures.
5. A universal health system based on government control and financing.
6. The establishment of a global government to deal with the possibility of future assassin viruses and or help organize the financial situation due to the financial collapse because of the extended quarteen measures.

We don’t know exactly where all the present circumstances are leading. We do know that we have been warned of an ominous future predicted by George Orwell in his futuristic novel “1984,”and the prophecies in the Bible, especially chapter thirteen of Revelation. Modern cinema has also warned us or programmed us to accept a “Hunger Games” type of future where a few super rich control the masses for their own pleasure.
Aldous Huxley, who knew the direction the elite were taking, wrote, "By means ever more effective methods of mind - manipulation, the democracies will change their nature, the quaint old forms - elections, Parliaments, Supreme Courts, and all the rest - will remain. The underlying substance will be a new kind of totalitarianism. All the traditional names, all the hallowed slogans will remain exactly what they were in the good old days. Democracy and freedom will be the theme of every broadcast and editorial. Meanwhile, the ruling oligarchy and its highly trained elite soldiers, policemen, thought - manufacturers and mind - manipulators will quietly run the show as they see fit."
Both the Old and New Testaments, however, predict that an inspired global leader, who is called “the beast,” will arise in the last days of man’s rule during the present despensation. He will come in peacefully and gain the world’s confidence with his words, abilities, and humanitarian actions.[7] He may very well come to power with the help of the hidden elites on the back of the present crisis, or a future one. He may be one of the leaders helping to forment a solution to some of the problems that arise.
If we are understanding the Scriptures properly, it seems the new global leader makes a seven year “Holy Agreement” that allows the Jewish people to begin their sacrificial worship on the Temple mount in Jerusalem once again.[8] It has been around one thousand nine hundred and fifty years since the Jews were able to perform such rituals on the holy mount. The agreement seems to allow them to build a long desired third Temple. Strange as it may seem, our present Pope Francis has been working diligently to create a positive atmosphere between the three monotheistic religions: Christianity, Isalm, and Judaism. Whether or not he will be involved in helping the global leader to create such a “Holy Agreement” remains to be seen.
It very well may be that the inspired global leader has also by this time, if we are understanding the Scriptures correctly, made an agreement with ten of the nations of the former Roman empire. It may be five nations from the western empire and five nations from the eastern empire. He has problems with three of the ten nations, but finally they all submit to his leadership and make a military alliance with him.[9] The agreement makes him the most important leader in the world.
Will the present crisis lead to the breaking up of the European Union and therefore a new type of union will be sought? Or will the union of the ten nations be something all together different and besides the old union? Some scriptures seem to indicate the global leader will arise out of Russia[10] and is referred to as the Antichrist or biblically as “the beast.”[11] In the not so distant future, will some European and Middle Eastern nations, former members of the Roman Empire, form some type of agreement with Russia in leu of a worldwide economic collapse as a result of the present or future pandemia? Will the union they form be the bases for the antichrist world government spoken of in both Old and New Testaments?
The Bible prophecies tell us that under the guidance of the Antichrist, a capable and powerful one-world government may at first be much better than the constant bickering and fighting that we see today in the world. Nationalism will be defeated and internationalism will come to the fore. “Are we not all citizens of one world? Let us work together to save the planet, to fight efficiently against assassin viruses and other health problems.”
Such mantras will be propagated to the masses and no doubt sung by musicians of that day. The Antichrist will promise to bring health and security to all the poor of the world and redistribute the wealth.[12] The final world government may be the best we’ve ever seen so far: the most idealistic, the most fair, the most compassionate, the most equal, and the most sharing. But to get there we will be expected to give up our freedoms and privacy, while we receive safety and security in return. For a time it may even seem we’ve finally got a good world government under a good world leader.
For the first part of the seven year agreement or “Holy Alliance” all seems to go relatively well. However, somewhere during his reign an attempt is made on the global leader’s life.[13] He miraculously recovers. Then, because of the problems he is having in the Middle East even after the “Holy Agreement,” he invades Israel.[14] It is at the mid-point of the seven years when the invasion takes place and he sets up his own headquarters in Jerusalem. He also implements mandatory biometric technology which causes all men rich or poor, bond or free, to receive some sort of identication mark on their right hand or forehead so that no man might buy our sell without the identification mark.[15] The mark may be some type of modern technology like a chip implant, or tatoo under the skin, or some other technological development, even a vaccine, that can be used to identify each person and keep them under monitoring and enable them to do financial transactions.
In Texas in the USA just recently we saw a protest by Texans saying they would not take the “mark of the beast” vaccines being developed by Bill Gates and the pharmacy industry. The Gates vaccines are considered by the Texans to be the “mark of the beast” because they use modern technology which enable monitors to be able to read if a person has had a certain vaccine or not. Under the antichrist world government no one will be able to resist the identifcation technology on pain of imprisonment and even death. All who reject the “mark” will be considered terrorists, criminals, or enemies of the state. Texans may be fearing that the new technology is walking too closely down the road to the “mark of the beast” prophecy. The prophecy explicitly admonishes true believers in Christ to reject the “mark” even if it means death. Accepting the “mark” is synnonomus with worshipping the beast.
Jesus talking about these coming days referred to a prophecy in the book of Daniel in the Old Testament. He said, “When you shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet stand in the Holy place (whosoever reads let him understand) for then shall be great tribulation which was not since the beginning of world to this time, nor ever shall be. And except those days be shortened, no flesh shall be saved. But for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.”[16]
Jesus is referring to the Antichrist enterring into the temple in the last days in the middle of the seven year agreement and placing some image or representation of himself in the temple.[17] Some Bible eschatology students think the abomination may be some type of Artificial Intelligence that is connected to a global satélite system which will enable the Antichrist to identify non-conformists or rebells to his government. The Bible says that the “image of the beast” will cause that those who do not worhip and obey the beast’s laws should be killed.[18] Jesus told us that except he shortened the day of great tribulation, when the Antichrist or beast will be recking his terror, no one would live through it. How long will the tribulation period be?
Some seven times in the prophecies of Daniel and Apostle John we find that the tribulation period will last 3 ½ years, or 1260 days, of 42 months, or for a time (1), times (2), and ½ of times, or in other words 3 ½ years.[19] God has repeated the length of the tribulation period various times in various chapters so that we will not forget it or miss it when we read it. Seven times God repeats the number. He has cut the time short to be only 3 ½ years so that we will be able to bear it and know how soon it will be over. We will keep on holding on knowing that it won’t be long. Don’t be fooled by modern day false prophets who will prophesize that God will shorten the days. God has already shortened the days and He has told us seven times in His Word how long the period of tribulation will last – 3 ½ years.
During the tribulation period all hell breaks loose.[20] The Antichrist will be attempting to eliminate those who refuse to conform to his system of rule. Not all nations will submit and he will have problems trying to bring the world under his total control. The prophecies say he will “make war with the saints (God’s people) and overcome them and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”[21] At the same time the Antichrist is trying to bring the world under his total control, God will be reigning down the plagues of the tribulation “trumpets” on the Antichrist’s forces of evil. The very forces who are attempting to eliminate God’s people and those who will not submit to the Antichrist will be suffering under the heavenly plagues.[22]
Immediately after the tribulation of those days, or the tribulation trumpets found in Revelation chapters eight and nine, Jesus will return in the sky to rescue His elect, the true believers.[23]No secret rapture will occur before the end of the tribulation period. Revelation shows us that the trumpets of tribulation are actually being poured upon the wicked and causing a 1/3 destruction on many aspects of life.[24] Some of the imagery used in the description made by Apostle John to describe these events and destruction may very well indicate some sort of nuclear exchange during the tribulation period. Whatever it is, the events are pretty horrendous and 1/3 of mankind dies during it.[25]
It may be during or at the end of the tribulation period or at the beginning or during the wrath of God that Babylon the Whore will be destroyed in one hour by fire.[26] Some eschatology students believe Babylon is symbolic for present day America as the epitome of the capitalist system and thus the political system destroyed by the Antichrist and his alliance. Will Russia, with her European and Middle East allies, one day destroy America by some pre-emptive strike which America will be unable to respond?
The Bible tells us the Antichrist will destroy the mighty and the holy people.[27] America is definately the mightiest military on the planet and yet in it reside many Christians who understand to some degree much of the prophecies we are discussing. Some verses in Ezekiel seem to suggest that Russia (Magog) also will be destroyed with fire along with those that dwell carelessly in the isles.[28] Again could the isles be a reference to the richer nations like America, Britain, and Australia, all allies of one another and Israel, receiving judgment at the same time, along with Russia?
In Zecharia we read, “And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all people that have fought against Jerusalem.” (Is He referring to spiritual Jerusalem which is all believers in Christ, or physical Jerusalem the actual city? I am under the impression He may be talking of His people, or bride which symbolizes all His followers. Some eschatology teachers believe the nation of Israel will be converted during those days and turn back to God and accept Jesus as the Christ. and therefore they believe the above verse is talking about physical Jerusalem, the city of converted Jews in the last days.)
“Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.”[29] We could easily interpret that prophecy as signifying a nuclear event. In WWII in Japan, at the time of the nuclear explosion, the eyes of those who looked at the fireball melted away.  In Isaiah we read something similar, “Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the Lord comes out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.”[30]
It is at the last trumpet, the seventh trumpet, at the end of the great tribulation period, but before the wrath of God, that Jesus rescues His followers in the famous rapture event.[31] His children are brisked away to enjoy the marriage feast with Jesus in heavenly places[32] while the wicked on earth are receiving the vials of the wrath of God of Revelation chapters fifteen and sixteen. The 45-75 day period[33] of the wrath terminates in the Battle of Armageddon which takes place just outside of Jerusalem in the Valley of Megido.[34] Jesus actually physically comes down and lands in Jerusalem with the armies of heaven in an apparent invasion from outer space or from another dimension. We, the true believers, will participate in the battle.[35]
The Antichrist and his false prophet and the Devil will be thrown into the bottomless pit, the lake of fire, for a thousand years.[36] While Jesus and his resurrected saints help those humans who managed to live through the wrath of God to restore the earth. The Bible calls this new dispensation the Millenium, a thousand years of peace on earth under seemingly new atmospheric conditions bringing longer life and changing the pre-millenium nature of animals to an idylic harmony. Let us read some verses from the Bible on the Millenium.
“But with righteousness shall He judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips shall He slay the wicked (Christ at His return). And righteousness shall be the girdle of His loins, and faithfulness the girdle of His reins. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the suckling child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice’s den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountaon (kingdom): for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” [37]

"And He shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning-hooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more."[Micah 4:3]

“…and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection (the rapture): on such the second death has no power (He won’t have to face the White Throne Judgment Seat after the Millenium period.), but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.”[38]
Again, we see God is showing His patience with mankind trying to lovingly convince them to serve and follow Him. But after the 1,000 year period, the Devil is loosed for a little season and goes out to deceive the nations once again. He is successful and organizes an attack against Jesus’s earthly headquarters in Jerusalem.[39] It’s a this point that God has to destroy the surface of the earth by fire which Apostle Peter seems to be writing about in his espistle.

“But the (final) day of the Lord will come as a theif in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervente heat, the earth also and all the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, looking for and hastenting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with a fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for a new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness.”[40]

God then forms a new heaven and a new earth.[41] All mankind who have not accepted and lived for Christ will be raised to life and face the Great White Thrown Judgment Seat where each will be judged by his works whether they we evil or whether they were good.[42] But you don’t have to face that fate. You can receive Jesus today and dedicate your life to Him today. If you do you will come before the jugment seat of Christ[43] on your death and you will not have to face that White Thrown Judgment at the end of time. You can be saved by faith in Christ today and start living and working for His kingdom, today, here and now, and receive the rewards of your works in the world to come. Or you can live for yourself and do your own thing and face the White Thrown Judgment Seat at the end of time where you will be judged by your works. Some will get to continue to live and will continue their training and learning, while others will face a more harrowing future, maybe even eternal death in that lake of fire. Whatever the lake of fire may represent, it doesn’t sound like a good place to go.

It’s up to each one of us  what we want to do for eternity. God’s calling each of us today, right now. He loves every one of us and has wonderful plans for each of us if we’ll just accept Him into our lives.
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” [44] “But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him.”[45]

Jesus says He’s knocking on our hearts door,[46] just waiting for us to answer. If you are lonely and needing a friend, a Saviour from your own failings, just call out to Jesus today and ask Him into your heart. Then begin your training by reading His book the Bible. Try to follow His commandments to love God and to love your neighbour as yourself. It’s not really that difficult and you don’t need to be religious to do it.
