Be Part of the Solution: Be Positive! - The Daily Voice

Jesus speaking:

You need to fight the good fight of faith. You fight by filling your heart and mind with positive, encouraging, faith-building thoughts from the Word of God. Your mind is the battle ground. Begin your days with praise on your lips. "As a man thinks, so will he be," (Proverbs 23:7) Speak praise with your mouth. Yesterday, the negative comment you made about that person was incorrect.

Be thankful for good friends who know better than to get into negative conversation about others. That is what gossip is. My word clearly says, "whatsoever is of good report think on these things," (Philippians 4:8) Think positive and speak positive and you will be positive. The world is looking for positive people who can help lift up the negativity which they are feeling. Be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

Praise me for that little refresher course on the importance of speaking things of "good report." If it is not of "good report," then do not spread the negativity around to others. They are fighting their own battles with out you dumping more on their plate. Use praise and positive thinking, positive speaking, and you will be a positive influence on those around you. After all, you want to be a positive influence. Don't you?

Do not forget the importance of a touch, or a hug. Give a hug to your mate or loved one when you see them first time in the morning. Do not take them for granted and let familiarity overshadow your relationship. You have a wonderful mate. Appreciate her/him like others do.

Meditate on My words from 1 Corinthians 13:4-6. "Love suffers long and is kind. Love envies not. Love vaunts not itself, is not puffed up. Love does not behave improperly. Love seeks not its own, it is not easily provoked. Love thinks no evil and rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth." Rejoice in the truth of My word. Be thankful, Be praiseful. Love others in heart, word and deed, then you will be My disciple. If you know these things, happy are you if you do them. (John 13:17)
