A Tenth of the World Could Go Hungry While Crops Rot in Fields

 

(Bloomberg) The world is hurtling toward an unprecedented hunger crisis. As many as 132 million more people than previously projected could go hungry in 2020, and this year’s gain may be more than triple any increase this century. The pandemic is upending food supply chains, crippling economies and eroding consumer purchasing power. Some projections show that by the end of the year, Covid-19 will cause more people to die each day from hunger than from virus infections. What makes the situation unmatched: The massive spike is happening at a time of enormous global food surpluses. And it’s happening in every part of the world, with new levels of food insecurity forecast for countries that used to have relative stability. 

In Queens, New York, the lines snaking around a food bank are eight hours long as people wait for a box of supplies that might last them a week, while farmers in California are plowing over lettuce and fruit is rotting on trees in Washington. In Uganda, bananas and tomatoes are piling up in open-air markets, and even nearly give-away prices aren’t low enough for out-of-work buyers. Supplies of rice and meat were left floating at ports earlier this year after logistical jams in the Philippines, China and Nigeria. And in South America, Venezuela is teetering on the brink of famine. Dennis Edwards: When asked by His disciples what would be the signs of His coming and the end of the present dispensation, Jesus responded with:

And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.[1]

The pandemic whether planned or managed seems to be pushing the world into accepting a global reset and a New World Order. All of today's world leaders are clamoring for such a move. From Guteires at the United Nations, to the head of the World Health Organization, the head of the International Monetary Fund, Merkle from Germany, Macron from France, Tony Blaire and Gordon Brown former UK Prime Ministers, Prince Charles, etc. Global government is a key phrase being used as a solution to the present crisis. David Rockefeller, who worked tirelessly towards a One World Government, said in 1994 that all that was needed for the world to embrace the idea of global government would be a crisis sufficently grave. Is the COVID -19 pandemic the crisis he was refering to? Out of safety and security will the nations of the world yield to a One World System?

As Christians with knowledge of Bible prophecy it behooves us to warn the nations of the draconian world government predicted in Bible that shall dominate the world just before the return of Christ at the famous Battle of Armageddon. Are the present steps of greater government control within the concerted united effort to contain the COVID-19 pandemic moving us closer to that vile world government? Are the new never before used vaccines being developed bringing us closer to the famous Mark of the Beast that the world government will ultimately require all to accept in order to be able to buy and sell? 

These are questions we need to be attentive to. But most of all we need to develop a closer walk with Jesus who promises to be with through the dark and evil days ahead. He said,

I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.[2] These things I have spoken unto to you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.[3] And, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.[4]

And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.[1]

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she says in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judges her.[2]

And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buys their merchandise any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thymine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odors, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shall find them no more at all.[3]

The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! For in one hour so great riches is come to naught. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.[4]

Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no crafts-man, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.[5]

American Dream of Easy Living - Chapter 27

 

The American Dream of Easy Living!

From all that I have presented in the previous chapters, I think it is not illogical to conclude that New York City or Washington, D.C., or the whole worldwide American Empire could be the present day manifestation of Babylon the Great. Revelation says,

For all the nations have drunk of the wine of her wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.[1]

America has been the choice market place for the world for the last half of the 20th century. It is the epitome of opulence. The Apostle John warned,

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that does the will of God abides forever.[2]

The world has been lusting after the American Dream of being rich and having an easy life full of material things, sex and money. But it’s a false illusion promoted by her media magicians, so that the kings and the inhabitants of the earth fornicate with her both spiritually and materially. The American Dream is an imagination or Image-Nation, a false imaginary image fed to the nations of the world by the American media: the television, film and the music industries.

The nations of the world have bought her merchandise. But more importantly they have bought into the false idea that money, material things, wealth, sex, and the “good life” bring happiness. The nations follow the American Dream and live a life in mad pursuit of material things which never satisfy and only leave us empty and frustrated thinking, “Is this all there is to life?”

After many years of riotous living or living high on the hog or consuming more of her share of the world’s pie of natural resources than everyone else, America has accumulated a trade deficit with many countries. She’s like an old whore who no longer satisfies her customers. Her money pimps are losing their confidence in her value and may one day soon dump her completely to try to save their own investments. The American government has a deficit of some 18 trillion dollars to its Central Bankers. Those bankers in turn “sell” that debt to foreign investors like Saudi Arabia, China, Russia, who invest their reserves dollars back into the American banking system to help keep the world-wide financial system afloat.

As long as they have confidence that America is a good investment everything is okay. But that confidence is waning. Besides that, the American consumers have a similar massive debt to their banks. If a group of international countries, who possess large amounts of US dollars in their reserves, would dump their dollars, the whole financial banking system could tumble down in one day, the great financial crash prophesied by many important investment analysers.

Read The New York Times bestseller book, The Death of Money: The Coming Collapse of the International Monetary System, by James Rickards.[3] Rickards gives a pretty good analysis of the current state of the world financial system. He says,

The coming collapse of the dollar and the international monetary system is entirely foreseeable. This is not a provocative conclusion.[4]

Many comment on how China and the Arab countries are buying up America’s charmed real-estate.

Can we deny that America is the only nation today that seems to most perfectly fit the image presented in Revelation of Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots? Could her daughters be the other great cities of the world that copy her and in turn promote her worship of materialism, sex, money and the things that money can buy? Like God said to decadent Judah through Jeremiah,

for according to the number of thy cities are thy gods, O Judah,[5]

or through Isaiah where the Lord said,

Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.[6]

It seems that God does not hold today's massive cities in a favourable light. Even Thomas Jefferson, not known as a religious man, was no lover of cities and said he viewed them as "festering sores on the body politic."[7]

Is Western capitalism with its worship of material things as the ultimate goal of life, the Whore of Babylon, a false religion that has deceived the whole world and of which Karl Marx predicted would ultimately destroy itself? I am going to include Revelation 18 at this point to make sure you read it in its completeness and have a feeling for its message.

 The World, Brother, the World! – Money, Money, Money Makes the World Go Round!

The money-changers do not just want to control America, but the world. Former USA President Bill Clinton’s mentor was Professor Carroll Quigley from Georgetown University. In his book Tragedy and Hope, Quigley revealed the following plan of the Bilderberg Group:

The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalistic fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland; a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world.[1]

These boys are playing some pretty serious hard-ball with their own agenda and personal interests. The ultimate goal is none other than a One World Government. They want the whole world in their hands and they are moving in that direction! David Rockefeller in his autobiography confessed,

Some even believe we [the Rockefeller family] are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - One World, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.[2]

Back in 1991, speaking to the Trilateral Commission Rockefeller said,

We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the work is now much more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a World Government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.[3]

Later on September 23, 1994 he said.

This present window of opportunity, during which a truly peaceful and interdependent world order might be built, will not be open for too long. We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.

In an interview before his death, former movie producer and political activist Aaron Russo said that he had been invited to be part of the elite group by Nick Rockefeller. Rockefeller told him, (together at left Aaron & Nick)

The end goal is to get everybody chipped, to control the whole society, to have the bankers and the elite people control the world.[4]

In Revelation when talking about Babylon the Great we read,

For thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.[5]

Could those merchants be the very International Bankers with their Bilderberg Group who have deceived the nations into accepting their central Banking system and with it the worship of material things? Are they the sorcerers deceiving the nations? Surely, they must be part of them.

Woodrow Wilson on his retirement from politics admitted his mistake of yielding to the Bankers’ wishes. Despite warnings from earlier United States Presidents, Wilson signed the 1913 Federal Reserve Act which created the Federal Reserve Central Banking system. The same year he published a book called The New Freedom, in which he said the following:

Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.[6]

A few years later Wilson lamented,

A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men… We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world, no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.[7]

When asked his opinion about the American Central Banking System, Henry Ford, the founder of Ford Motor Company, was paraphrased as having said the following:

It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and money system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.[8]

In 1924, while addressing stockholders, the Chairman of the powerful Midland Bank in England, Reginald McKenna was quoted as saying,

I am afraid the ordinary citizen will not like to be told that the banks can and do create money. And they who control the credit of the nation direct the policy of Governments and hold in the hollow of their hand the destiny of the people.[9]

In 1815, Napoleon Bonaparte, Emperor of France, also commented on the banking situation,

When a government is dependent upon bankers for money, they and not the leaders of the government control the situation, since the hand that gives is above the hand that takes… Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without decency; their sole object is gain.[10]

Some sort of capitalism is now present in almost every country in the world. Most countries have a Central Banking System that cooperates with the International Banks. You may have noticed how a Central Banker may end up as a Secretary of Finance or Secretary of the Treasurer in a country’s government. He may come in during a moment of crisis and then afterward return back to the Banking System. A close link exists between government and the Central Banks. The reason is that the governments are dependent on the loans they get from those very banks.

Internationally, the countries that refuse to cooperate with the Central Banking System or act independently get pressured financially like Venezuela and Cuba and Iran, or even militarily like Saddam Hussein’s Iraq and Qaddafi's Libya and Assad’s Syria. It is not news how the American Central Intelligence Agency has used covert activities such as financial crisis, political scandals, sicknesses and even assassinations in Latin American and other countries around the world to forge its political agenda, not to mention the hidden illegal drug trafficking they used to finance their subversive activities. The Politics of Heroin by Professor Alfred McCloy[11] and Dope, Inc. by the Executive Intelligence Review[12] cover this sad aspect of our society.

John Perkins’ bestselling book, The Confessions of an Economic Hitman,[13] explains how foreign policy is achieved. It may not be as you expected. According to Perkins, the World Bank and IMF loans are used to generate profits for U.S. business. Poor countries are left with huge debts that allow the United States to control them. As a financial consultant for the banks and instrumental in helping get the loans accepted, Perkins would over-estimate the profit a new investment would bring into a country’s treasury, while under estimating the expense of building the new infrastructure needed for the new industry.

For example, maybe the goal is to build a dam in a poor country in order to then make an electricity company. The new company would provide electricity for much of the country and therefore help bring them out of poverty. Seems like a benevolent scheme. But by accepting the proposal for the investment, the country would wind up in debt and not able to pay the loan back. In the end, they would have to sell off the newly made industry to foreign bankers for cash to pay back the loan, or sell off some other prized national resource such as a forest or a copper mine etc. Those politicians who could see through the scam and refused to cooperate would end up having political problems, health problems, scandals or even die “accidentally” in a car or airplane crash. Others who cooperated managed to siphon off enough money into their own pockets and leave an even bigger burden on their country to pay back. We would call them corrupt Third World politicians. But who really are the corrupters?

It is not surprising that two former Secretaries of Defense, Robert McNamara and Paul Wolfowitz, went on to head the World Bank. The nations’ debt to international banks ensures they are controlled by the United States, which pressures them into joining the “coalition of the willing” that helped invade Iraq or allowing U.S. military bases on their land. If countries refuse to “honor” their debts, the CIA or Department of Defense enforces U.S. political will through coups or military action.[14]

In War is a Racket, written between the two World Wars by the most decorated Marine in history at that time, Brigadier General Smedley Butler, we find his apology for being a military Mafioso for Wall Street and Big Business and the bankers. He confesses,

I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high-class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.[15]

We have already talked about Mullins’ New History of the Jews,[16] which touches on the topic of the International Bankers and the Jewish element and how earlier civilizations tried to control their influence. Also, in The Nameless War, we have seen how Captain AHM Ramsay[17], a member of the British Parliament before WWII, accused the International Bankers of being behind revolutions and wars in Europe, manipulating events for their own political and financial aims. In the same vein, How the World Really Works,[18] by Alan B. Jones, also mentioned earlier, reveals with shocking insight the plans of the Internationalists in their goals for world domination. What is amazing to me is that the revelations of these authors go hand and hand with what the Bible says will happen in the “last days.” Are we moving towards the forming of a One World Government that will dominate and oppress the nations of the world?
