January 22 The Daily Voice
Well done, thou good and faithful servant: you have been
faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into
the joy of your Lord.
Jesus speaking:
Your friend has entered into My presence. He was faithful to
the end and I have laid up for him a crown of righteousness that will never
fade away.
Remember, in everything give thanks, even in these difficult
situations. Your times are in My hands and not one of you shall fall to the ground
without My Father knowledge.
Therefore, rejoice and be exceeding glad that another of My
disciples, of My followers, has come home to be with me. He will have a time of
rest and retraining until he too is ready for another assignment in the
Celestial world. No sitting on clouds up here.
Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
In My Father’s house are many mansions. I have prepared a place for all those
who love and serve Me. I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to
the Father, but by Me. Follow Me.
I will not leave you comfortless. I will come to you. He
that has My commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves Me, and he that
loves Me shall be loved of My Father, and I will love him and will manifest
Myself to him.
If a man loves Me, he will keep My words, and My Father will
love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
Peace, I leave with you. My peace I give unto you: not as
the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let
them be afraid.
Your friend has come into My presence. He loved Me as you
all know and do testify. He sought first the kingdom of God. Therefore, rejoice
and be exceeding glad. And again, I say, rejoice. For My joy, the joy of the
Lord, is your strength. Seek joy.
These things, I have spoken unto you, that in Me you might
have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation, and trouble, and sickness,
and discouragement, and death: but be of good cheer, be of good courage, be
encouraged and rejoice, that I have overcome the world.
He that overcomes, and keeps My works and words unto the
end, to him will I give power over the nations. To him that overcomes, the same
shall be clothed in white raiment, which is the righteousness of the saints:
and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess
his name before My Father, and before His angels.
If any man be in Me, he is a new creature. Old things are
passed away. Behold, all things are become new. And I shall wipe away all
tears from your eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor
crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed
away. Behold, I make all things new.
Blessed are they that do My commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life and may enter in through the gates into the city.
As My apostle to the gentiles has said, don’t
let any of these things move you, neither count your life dear unto yourselves,
that you might finish your course with joy and the ministry which I have given
you, to testify the gospel of My grace to the dying world.
For a study on Psalm 22.
