are in Christ Jesus.” – Rom.8:1
The Invitation
“My child, you are often weighed down by guilt &
shame. I don’t condemn you & neither should you condemn yourself. Through
My abundant grace, you are forgiven because of the work of My Son on
If you’re physically able, get down on your knees for your praise time today. If you are not physically able to get down on your knees, bow your head & imagine someday bowing down in Heaven. When you listen to the praise music, use headphones so you won’t be easily distracted. Focus your praise on God’s grace & forgiveness. Lay down every burden of guilt, shame, regret, & self-punishment. Imagine yourself clothed in Christ’s righteous robe. You look as good to God the Father as His Son, Jesus Christ, does. Celebrate the forgiveness that is yours in Jesus Christ.
“God made Him Who had no sin to be sin for us, so that
in Him we might become the righteousness of God.” (2Cor.5:21)

Pray
Lord Jesus, I praise You that I am totally right with You! Thank You that I don’t have to beat myself up or engage in any form of self-condemnation. All of my sins have been completely atoned for by Your blood. I praise You for having removed my sins far away from me. Your Word tells me You have moved them as far as the east is from the west. You offer me continual compassion & mercy. Thank You that I am clothed in Your righteous robe & no longer have to worry about measuring up. In You, I am good enough. Oh, Lord Jesus, that makes me want to celebrate. I cannot thank You enough. What a gift Your grace is in my life! You are my righteousness, my holiness, & my redemption. (Rom.3:25; Ps.103:11-13; Rom.11:30)
