The Daily Voice – December 20, 2025
“What is your life, it’s but a vapour. It’s here a little
while and then it’s gone. You’ve got no guarantee for tomorrow. Start living
today. There’s only one way. Jesus the Christ is the way.”
Jesus speaking:
I have spoken over and over again in My word that My words
are truth and life. Read them. Meditate on them. Heaven and earth shall pass
away, but My words shall not pass away. They are eternal and are food for your
soul. They are health to your bones, and light for your eyes. Do not neglect
them, for he that neglects them does so to his own hurt.
Have I not said that My words should not depart out of your
mouths, but you should meditate on them night and day that you might do my
commandments. Then would you prosper and then you would have good success. Please,
meditate on My word. Make My word your delight and you shall be like a tree
planted by the rivers of water, that fades not away. My word is a lamp unto
your feet and a light unto your path.
The world walks in darkness. They love darkness rather than
light that they may cover their iniquity. How great is the darkness. It is a
gross darkness as evil men and sorcerers deceive and are deceived. Be not like
them. Be not deceived. Let the words of My mouth enlighten the darkened
recesses of your mind that you may prove that which is true, that which is
honest, that which is just, that which is pure, that which is lovely, that
which is of good report, that which is the good and acceptable will of God.
Let My words renew your heart and mind. Let My words break
your hardened hearts, that I might make you a heart of flesh, and not of stone,
so that you are able to love the unlovely. Able to minister to the poor, the needy,
the neglected, and in want with a broken and contrite heart full of My love.
Put on My mind by reading, meditating on, memorizing, and
hiding My word deep into the depths of your heart, that you might be born anew
and filled with My Spirit. He that hears My word and does it is he that loves
Me. Be not of those who hear and believe not. Be not as those who hear and do
not. Rather, be doers of My word and not hearers only deceiving your own selves.
Let My words revive you, invite you, excite you, delight you. Let My words remake you and take you to a new life of hope, and meaning, and purpose, and satisfaction. For My word is sharper than a two-edged sword. My words are the sword of the Spirit. They bring life to the dead and dying. But condemn those that reject them. He that believes in My word and obeys it, he it is that loves Me. My Father and I will come to him and make our abode with him, and he shall have eternal life.
