Proverbs 14 King James Version
1 Every wise woman builds her house: but the foolish plucks it down with her hands.
2 He that walks in his uprightness fears the Lord: but he that is perverse in his ways despises him.
3 In the mouth of the foolish is a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them.
4 Where no oxen are, the crib is clean: but much increase is by the strength of the ox.
5 A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.
6 A scorner seeks wisdom, and finds it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understands.
7 Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceives not in him the lips of knowledge.
8 The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way: but the folly of fools is deceit.
9 Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is favour.
10 The heart knows his own bitterness; and a stranger does not intermeddle with his joy.
11 The house of the wicked shall be overthrown: but the tabernacle of the upright shall flourish.
12 There is a way which seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
13 Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness.
14 The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.
15 The simple believes every word: but the prudent man looks well to his going.
16 A wise man fears, and departs from evil: but the fool rages, and is confident.
17 He that is soon angry deals foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.
18 The simple inherit folly: but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.

20 The poor is hated even of his own neighbour: but the rich has many friends.
21 He that despises his neighbour sins: but he that has mercy on the poor, happy is he.
22 Do they not err that devise evil? but mercy and truth shall be to them that devise good.
23 In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tends only to penury.
24 The crown of the wise is their riches: but the foolishness of fools is folly.
25 A true witness delivers souls: but a deceitful witness speaks lies.
26 In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.
27 The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
28 In the multitude of people is the king's honour: but in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.
29 He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.
30 A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.
31 He that oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker: but he that honours him has mercy on the poor.
32 The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous has hope in his death.
33 Wisdom rests in the heart of him that has understanding: but that which is in the midst of fools is made known.

A Voz Diária – 14 de janeiro
Aquele a quem o Filho libertou é verdadeiramente livre!
Jesus libertou-nos da maldição da lei. Aquele que não conheceu pecado fez-se pecado por nós, para que tivéssemos a sua justiça. Morremos para a lei por meio do corpo de Cristo, para que fôssemos casados com outro. Na nossa caminhada espiritual com Deus, já não estamos casados com a lei, nem nos apegamos a ela, nem estabelecemos a nossa justiça através da obediência à lei de Moisés.
Agora estamos casados com Jesus, apegados a Jesus, e a nossa justiça foi-nos concedida através de Jesus e do seu ato consumado na cruz. Revestimo-nos da justiça que está em Cristo, tal como a mulher que se casa se reveste do nome do marido e pertence a ele, e não ao pai.
Não temos justiça própria, porque todos pecaram e estão destituÃdos da glória de Deus. Mas Deus fez de Jesus pecado por nós, para que nós, os que acreditamos, alcancemos a justiça de Deus, que vem pela fé em Jesus.
Não por obras de justiça que tenhamos feito, mas segundo a sua misericórdia, Ele nos salvou. Pois é pela graça que somos salvos, mediante a fé, e isto não vem de nós, é dom de Deus; não de obras, para que ninguém se glorie. A nossa glória está em Cristo, que morreu e ressuscitou dos mortos para provar a sua justiça e o seu poder salvador.
Estamos livres da lei morta das regras e das proibições. Fomos trasladados das trevas para o reino da luz, encontrado em Jesus, a verdadeira luz que ilumina todos os que vêm ao mundo. Fomos feitos à imagem de Deus, com a sua centelha divina dentro de nós. Através da morte de Jesus na cruz, fomos libertados da maldição da lei, que é a morte. Recebemos o dom da vida eterna, se acreditarmos no seu poder redentor.
Porque Deus amou o mundo de tal maneira que deu o seu Filho Unigénito, para que todo aquele que nele crê não pereça, mas tenha a vida eterna. Quem acredita no Filho passou da morte para a vida. Crer no Filho purifica-nos da culpa e da pena que merecemos pelo nosso pecado, que é a morte. A nossa fé na graça redentora de Jesus liberta-nos da condenação do maligno e permite-nos aceder à filiação adoptiva oferecida a todos os que crêem. Tornámo-nos herdeiros do reino. Não pela nossa própria justiça, mas pela justiça que se encontra em Jesus Cristo.
Aquele a quem o Filho libertou é verdadeiramente livre. Ele é a porta para a vida eterna. Creia nele e você e a sua famÃlia serão salvos.

¡A quien el Hijo ha liberado, es verdaderamente libre!
Jesús nos liberó de la maldición de la ley. El que no conoció pecado, por nosotros se hizo pecado para que tuviéramos su justicia. Estamos muertos a la ley por el cuerpo de Cristo, para que nos casemos con otro. En nuestro caminar espiritual con Dios, ya no estamos casados con la ley de Moisés, ni nos aferramos a ella, ni establecemos nuestra justicia por nuestra obediencia a ella.
Ahora estamos casados con Jesús, aferrados a Él, y nuestra justicia nos ha sido transferida por medio de Jesús y su obra consumada en la cruz. Nos hemos revestido de la justicia que es en Cristo, como una mujer que se casa se reviste del nombre de su esposo y le pertenece a él, en lugar de a su padre.
No tenemos justicia propia, porque todos pecaron y están destituidos de la gloria de Dios. Pero Dios hizo a Jesús pecado por nosotros, para que los que creemos obtengamos la justicia de Dios, que es por la fe en Jesús.
No por obras de justicia que hayamos hecho, sino por su misericordia. Porque por gracia somos salvos por medio de la fe, y esto no de nosotros mismos. Es un don de Dios, no por obras, para que nadie se glorÃe. Nos gloriamos en Cristo, quien murió y resucitó de entre los muertos para demostrar su justicia y poder salvador.
Somos libres de la ley muerta de las reglas y los prohibiciones. Hemos sido trasladados de las tinieblas al reino de la luz que se encuentra en Jesús, la luz verdadera que ilumina a todo el que viene al mundo. Somos hechos a imagen de Dios, con su chispa divina en nuestro interior. Mediante la muerte de Jesús en la cruz, hemos sido liberados de la maldición de la ley, que es la muerte. Se nos ha concedido el don de la vida eterna, si creemos en su poder redentor.
Porque de tal manera amó Dios al mundo, que dio a su Hijo unigénito, para que todo aquel que en él cree, no se pierda, mas tenga vida eterna. El que cree en el Hijo ha pasado de muerte a vida. Creer en el Hijo nos limpia de nuestra culpa y del castigo que merecemos por nuestro pecado, que es la muerte. Nuestra fe en la gracia redentora de Jesús nos libera de la condenación del maligno y nos permite acceder a la filiación adoptiva ofrecida a todos los que creen. Nos hemos convertido en herederos del reino. No por nuestra propia justicia, sino por la justicia que se encuentra en Jesucristo.
A quien el Hijo ha liberado, es verdaderamente libre. Él es la puerta a la vida eterna. Cree en él y serás salvo, tú y tu casa.

To whom the Son has set free is free in deed!
Jesus has freed us from the curse of the law. He that knew
no sin became sin for us that we may have His righteousness. We are dead to the
law by the body of Christ, that we should be married to another. In our
spiritual walk with God, we are no longer married to, or clinging to, or
establishing our righteousness by our obedience to the law of Moses.
We are now married to Jesus, clinging to Jesus, and our
righteousness is seceded to us through Jesus and His finished act on the cross.
We have put on the righteousness which is in Christ, as a woman who marries
puts on the name of her husband and belongs to him, rather than to her father.
We have no righteousness of our own, because all have sinned
and come short of the glory of God. But God made Jesus to be sin for us that we
who believe may obtain the righteousness of God which is by faith in Jesus.
Not by works of righteousness that we have done but
according to His mercy He has saved us. For by grace are we saved through
faith, and that not of ourselves. It is a gift of God, not of works, lest any man should
boast. Our boasting is in Christ who died and rose from the grave to prove His
righteousness and saving power.
We are free from the dead law of rules and of don’ts. We have
been translated out of darkness into the kingdom of light found in Jesus, the
true light who enlightens everyone who comes into the world. We are made in God’s
image, with His Divine spark within us. Through Jesus death on the cross, we
have been freed from the curse of the law, which is death. We have been granted
the gift of eternal life, if we believe in His redeeming power.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten
Son, that whosoever believes on Him shall not perish, but shall have
everlasting life. He that believes on the Son has passed from death unto life.
Believing on the Son washes us of our guilt and the penalty we deserve for our
sin which is death. Our faith in Jesus’ redeeming grace frees us from the
condemnation of the evil one and enables us to access the adopted sonship
offered to all those that believe. We have become heirs of the kingdom. Not through
our own righteousness, but through the righteousness that is found in Jesus
Christ.
Whom the Son has set free is free in deed. He is the door to
eternal life. Believe on Him and you shall be saved and your house.
