Dennis Edwards: Interestingly enough, the Bible says the antichrist forces will "forecast their devices." [Daniel 11;24] In other words, they will speak openly about their plans. The trouble is that the whole world is under their control through the media, public education, films, etc. Jesus warned in His endtime message that at the time of the end world-wide deception would exist. In the revelation given to Apostle John about the end, we are told the world would be deceived by the "sorceries" of the great men of the earth. In Greek, the word translated as sorceries is actually "pharmakeia." Sounds similar to our word "Pharmacy," doesn't it? The various definitions of pharmakeia are 1: the use or administering of drugs; 2: poisoning; 3: sorcery, magical arts connected with idolatry; 4: the deceptions and seductions of idolatry. It is interesting how the great men of today are often in control of the media, or are involved in the pharmatheutical business, and or control the technology companies. These are the great men which Apostle John warned will deceive the world. "For thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy soeceries were all nations deceived."[Rev. 18:23]
Through films, education, propaganda on the daily news channels, we are programmed to accept their deceptions as truth. As we sit and watch a movie with our family, we don't even realize we are being mentally shaped to accept their futuristic game-plan. Or we are being indoctrinated in some other politically correct behaviour or speech that we would naturally find offensive. But we have learned to close our minds and hearts and accept the current wave of thought as "evolutionary" progress. You don't want to get in the way of progress, do you? Without the ability to think critically, we swallow down the nightly news propaganda from either the left or right and learn to parrot the talking points. When we master them we think ourselves so bright because we can form an argument that has been spoon fed into our minds by the media masters, either through the news, talk shows, or our favorite weekly television show.
It is almost too late for the world to awaken from the great deception. The media masters, the great men, the merchants and financiers of the worlds central banks are those that control the great corporations and think tanks and foundations etc of the world. They work together to form a web of deceit and lure men and women into their net through their lust for power, wealth, popularity, and or sex. Jeffery Epstein could have told us a lot about them as many were entertained on his properties. Some of the same names we find collaborating with Epstein in one way or another, just happen to pop up later as company leaders involved with the World Economic Forum. Strange bed-fellows, don't you think?
It behooves us to continue in God's good Word and apply it to our lives. Jesus said, "If you continue in my words..., ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free." [John 8:31-32] "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed."[John 8:36] Apostle Paul told us that true love "rejoices in the truth," not in inquity. [1 Corinthians 13:6] The author of Hebrews says knwoing God's word will give us the decernment we need to understand "the thoughts and intents of the heart."[Hebrews 4:11] In the book of Psalms we read that meditating on, following, guarding God's Word in our heart and mind will make us wiser than our adversaries and or even give us more understanding than our teachers or elders. [Psalm 119:98-100] Please get out God's Word and read it. Let it affect you. Let it change you. Let it keep you from deception.
